    We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

    • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
    • Color or hardware selections chosen during ordering
    • Changes in preference after production begins

    If an error was made by Sweet Lemon Design, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

  • Order changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

    Once production has started, modifications cannot be made.

    If you would like to add items to an existing order, please contact us before your order has shipped and we will gladly combine shipping whenever possible.

  • Current production times vary depending on order volume.

    • Orders using on-hand materials: approximately 5–7 business days
    • Orders requiring special order materials (colors, hardware, sizes, etc.): approximately 2-3 weeks

    • Normal wear and tear over time

    Standard BioThane® is often preferred for longer lines because it is:

    • lighter weight

    • more flexible

    • easier to manage on longer lengths

    • less bulky during training and adventures

    • easier to gather and handle while walking or hiking

    As leash lengths increase (10–20 ft and beyond), weight becomes more noticeable. A lighter line creates a more comfortable experience for both you and your dog.
